Normative study (Wagh et al., 2009, Vaya et al. 2009a, 2009b; Mukundan 2008 a,b,c,d) conducted in 56 experimental subjects and 54 control subjects revealed sensitivity at 0.88 and 0.96 respectively using EK cut off score greater than or equal to 3.5 in sequence with 68 probes. Using total EK scores and cutoff scores greater than or equal to 6.5, Sensitivity and Specificity values were 0.77 and 1.00 respectively.

Considering total EK scores, Positive Predictive Value was 1.00 with False Positivity at 0.00, whereas the same within sequences were 0.96 and 0.04 respectively.

Considering total EK scores, Negative Predictive Value was 0.81 and False Negativity at 0.23, whereas the same within sequences were 0.88 and 0.12 respectively
