Jan 2005. JSM Softech and Axxonet join hands to deliver unified solutions. JSM SOFTECH Pvt. Ltd. is an upcoming software services provider with the sound technical backing of experienced IT Professionals. After having been part of building a new generation product based on distributed client server technology till end of 2001, we partner with our clients to help them gain from our software expertise and experience. We have also expertise on developing enterprise applications. Mandeep Khaira the founder of JSM Softech has been an Advisor on the board of Axxonet since 2002, and has now brought in the Axxonet team to manage JSM Softech and take it to greater heights. JSM Softech is now colocated with Axxonet and will slowly become an integral part of the Axxonet family. JSM Softech and Axxonet will now benifit from a common management team but will continue to exist as 2 seperate legal and engineering entities. JSM Softech April 2006. Chetan Mukundan from Axxonet has been appointed the COO of JSM. His primary responsibility will be overall management JSM Softech and projects.
